PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form metal fixture capable of easily positioning a building form on a base concrete by use of an inexpensive tool. SOLUTION: This form metal fixture 10 has a sectional shape bent in reverse U-shape. The fixture 10 comprises a form outside regulating surface 13 and a vertical reference surface 15 for forming the form vertical surface. The fixture is fixed by a driven nail 17.
