SOLUTION: The ventilating wall 1 applied to the wall section of a building A is penetrated so as to be extended in the direction approximately orthogonal to the thickness direction, and has a vent hole 11, which is connected to communicate from the underfloor section F of the building A to a roof section R and in which both end sections are opened to the outside.
