PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent urine spattering and residual urine draining at a Western- style toilet stool at the time of male urination, to thereby prevent stains on the toilet stool and on the periphery of the same. SOLUTION: There is provided a sheathing tool which is attached to the Western-style toilet stool and erected by using a force for raising a toilet seat of the toilet stool, and by virtue of the sheathing tool, urine spattering and residual urine draining can be received, thereby preventing stains of the toilet seat.
