POGO PIN ELASTICITY MEASUREMENT APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A pogo pin elasticity measurement apparatus is provided to achieve improved reliability for the measurement result, while preventing damage of pogo pin and test error. CONSTITUTION: A pogo pin elasticity measurement apparatus comprises a height adjustment unit(10); an elasticity measurement unit(50) attached to the height adjustment unit in such a manner that the elasticity measurement unit is movable in accordance with the height adjustment of the height adjustment unit, wherein the elasticity measurement unit measures elasticity of a pogo pin of a probe device; a vertical movable support(20) having a vertical support coupled to the side portion of the main body of the height adjustment unit, a horizontal support coupled to the bottom surface of the vertical support, and a protrusion formed at the side surface of the vertical support; a fixed unit(30) arranged to be attachable/separable to/from the protrusion, and which has an end with a first hole; and a movable rail(40) having a coupling member for coupling with the elasticity measurement unit, and a second hole corresponding to the first hole formed at the fixed unit such that the movable rail is horizontally coupled to the fixed unit.
