PURPOSE: A method and system for a public offering of an entertainment investment are provided to attract a public offering fairly by embodying a stock priority subscription right to investors in real time, and using an investment application of an entertainment product. CONSTITUTION: A subscription right issuing server(500) manages various contents related to an issuing of a public offering stock priority subscription right applied by investors. A list managing server(510) manages a public offering stock investment priority list created by an issue of a public offering stock priority subscription right to the clients. A profit managing server(520) manages profits being generated through a public offering stock priority subscription right issuing system(410), estimates a future profit, and supplies information to the client. An investment public offering server(530) performs an investment public offering with respect to an entertainment product and supports investment public offering participation. A database(540) stores personal information of members registered in the system related to the issue of the public offering stock priority subscription right, shares information generated in the system, transmits information with respect to future profits to a payment server, and stores the information in a D/B.
