PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing bio-ceramic coated aluminum wheels which are not only economical and safe, but also helps purify air and shield electromagnetic waves is provided by pressing a bio-ceramic coated aluminum plate into bio-ceramic coated strong aluminum wheels using a press equipped with various dies. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing bio-ceramic coated aluminum wheels comprises the processes of preparing a first bio-ceramic composition coated aluminum plate in which a first bio-ceramic coating layer(10) is formed on the surface of the aluminum plate by coating a first bio composition on an aluminum plate; manufacturing a bio-ceramic coated aluminum plate by drying the first bio-ceramic composition coated aluminum plate; and manufacturing bio-ceramic coated aluminum wheels(1) by pressing the bio-ceramic coated aluminum plate into various shapes using a press equipped with various dies under the heating condition, the bio-ceramic coated aluminum wheels are attached to tires(2) for automobile, motorcycle, bicycle and aircraft, wherein a second bio-ceramic composition can be coated on the first ceramic-coating layer of the first bio-ceramic coated plate to form a second bio-ceramic coating layer(11) on the first ceramic-coating layer so that the first and second bio-ceramic coated bio-ceramic coated aluminum plate is used for manufacturing the bio-ceramic coated aluminum wheels which are subsequently attached to tires(2) for automobile, motorcycle, bicycle or aircraft, and the first and second bio-ceramic coated aluminum plate as well as first and second bio-ceramic coated bolts and nuts(4) are simultaneously used in manufacturing the bio-ceramic coated aluminum wheels(1).
