PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To focus attention on aggregates of a plurality of points in a characteristic distribution state and detect data similar to each other from data made of a plurality of points distributed in a plane. SOLUTION: The aggregates are extracted by recognizing the plurality of dense points in data A and data B as one aggregate on the data A and the data B indicating the locations of the plurality of points distributed in the plane. Then a location for computing the location of the center of each aggregate is analyzed. In the case that the distance between the location of the center of the aggregate of the data A and the location of the center of the aggregate of the data B lies within a previously set range, it is determined that both aggregates are similar to each other. By this, the aggregates in a characteristic distribution state are extracted, and the locations of their appearance are compared with each other to detect distribution data similar to each other. |
