PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of protecting part of each strand lacking coating film during or after installation of the strand from oxidation. SOLUTION: This device 1 is formed of a first rigid unit 4. The unit is limited in the crossing direction by a cylindrical surface 4A and in the longitudinal direction by two opposed surfaces 4B and 4C substantially vertical to the longitudinal axis 4D of the first unit 4, and crossed by a hole 4E formed so as to pass one end 2F lacking the coating 2E of the strand 2B of a strut 2 substantially in parallel to the longitudinal axis 4D and having a support surface 4F for cooperating with the fixed part piece 4G of the one end 2A lacked in the coating 2E. This unit supports at least one tubular element 5C over a certain distance from one 4C of the opposed surfaces 4B and 4C so as to cover the bundle of the strands 2B lacking the coating 2E which is at least partially waterproof.
