PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording material, capable of forming a clear image having high adhesive properties by further improving glossiness of an image part and a non-image part in addition to excellent printing characteristics of a conventional ink jet recording material. SOLUTION: The ink jet recording material comprises an ink acceptive layer containing inorganic fine particles and a binder on a base sheet. In this material, as the fine particles, a θ alumina powder synthesized by a vapor phase process is used, and as the binder, a water soluble resin is used. |
