<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt drawing-out device capable of easily drawing out a seat belt by surely keeping a spool which is rotated only in the seat belt take-up direction in a working state, in a non-working state after releasing the emergency. SOLUTION: When a vehicle abnormality detection signal is released, a rewinding inhibition ratchet mechanism is kept in a non-working state. When the excitation of a solenoid is released, a motor is simultaneously driven in the take-up direction for t3. Whereby an engagement part is disengaged from ratchet teeth, and the spool can be rotated to the drawing-out side. Then the motor is driven in the drawing-out direction for t4, whereby the power transmitting passage between the motor and the spool is opened, and the motor does not provide the load in drawing-out.</p> |
