PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform dynamic offset correction in a detector array. SOLUTION: Signal processing technology applied to the output of a secondary detector array provides a dynamic correction mechanism for an offset in which the different elements of the array fluctuate. The output of these elements is supplied to an offset correction circuit for compensating D.C. from prescribed voltage or the deviation of low frequency output, and the part of the difference is successively subtracted in a serial cycle and the difference is gradually reduced.
