PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and easy-to-use kerosene tank which does not require a pump each time the same is used or prevents the accidental operation of the pump as to a kerosene tank for transferring kerosene to another container. SOLUTION: This kerosene tank is provided with an electrically operated pump 4 mounted airtight on the outlet 3 of a plastic tank 1 having a kerosene inlet 2 and the outlet 3. The pump 4 is provided with two switches 10, and the switches 10 are placed apart from each other on the upper part of the pump 4 wired in series. The switches 10 can be turned on when they are pressed by a finger down to a predetermined depth from the surface of the upper part of the pump 4, and turned off by releasing the same. Of the two switches, when one or two switches 10 are off, a power source 5 does not turn on, and when two switches are on, the power source 5 turns on allowing kerosene to be transferred.
