PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip with a label in which a label piece can be easily peeled off caused by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A constitution is made in such a way that the slip with a label consists of a sheet of or a plurality of sheets of slip pieces 2 containing a tack paper 3 and a notch is provided on a part of the tack paper 3 to form a label piece 6 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive on at least the back side of a side of the notch on the side where peeling of the label piece 6 is started is omitted into a belt-like shape. When a release paper 5 on the back surface of the tack paper is peeled off, the label piece 6 is easily started to be separated by the paste-omitted part 7 and once when separation is started, as the adhesive force to the release paper 5 is larger than the adhesion between the adhesives each other around the notch, the label piece 6 is separated from the tack paper under a condition where it sticks on the release paper side to be peeled off. In addition, the label piece 6 separated under a condition where it sticks on the release paper can be easily peeled off as only the label piece sticks on the release paper.
