PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for sampling and storing a urine specimen capable of conducting accurate measurement without changing a component in the urine specimen even when the sampled urine specimen is stored for a few days in a room temperature condition, and easily transporting and testing the sampled urine specimen without providing processing of such as refrigeration or freezing in a group medical examination. SOLUTION: A filter holder 2 for holding a barrier filter 1 for the urine specimen, and a recovery container 4 which is depressurized and sealed by a plug body 3 are included. The filter holder 2 includes a space S for holding the barrier filter 1, a syringe needle 5 for communicating to the space S provided in an outer cylinder 2a on a specimen feeding side of an upper part, and a specimen sucking tube 6 for communicating to the space S provided on a specimen taking side of a lower part. The recovery container 4 can be inserted from a side of the plug body 3 into an outer cylinder 2a of the filter holder 2.
