PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the inexpensive vibration control wall structure having no restriction of installing place by using multiple plate material of non- structural members provided in a building to bear a small load with quantity measures. SOLUTION: A plate material 18 of a non-structural member is provided at a part of a building 1 through a vibration control member 16. The vibration control member 16 is installed in a side surface of the plate material 18. As the plate material 18, a glass is used. A part of the building 1 is formed of an outer wall part, a partition part, a beam 14 or a pillar 12.
