PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank capable of being moved and set even for oneself by solving the inconvenience for easy carrying in a water supply tank. SOLUTION: For unloading a body tank cylinder 1 from a vehicle 9, a bearing stand 5 is put behind the vehicle, an it is unloaded down to the ground while sliding it on the bearing stand 5 by making use of a rope 6. After it has been unloaded, it is moved to a planned setting locating while rolling the cylinder 1. Then, the bearing stand 5 and a fixed stand 10 are directly brought into contact with both ends of the cylinder 1 to complete the setting. Accordingly, every work can be carried out even for oneself.
