PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a slope protection frame with permanent anchors capable of being easily constructed onsite on a face of slope. SOLUTION: In the structure of the slope protection frame with permanent anchors, ring-shaped anchor reinforcing bars 5 are bound to the upper sides of the vertical and horizontal intersecting positions of slope protection frame reinforcing bars 2 secured by anchors 3 to a face of slope N covered with a net-shaped surface cover member 1, and an area around the anchor reinforcing bars is surrounded by an anchor reinforcement surrounding frame 6. A resin pipe 7 is vertically driven into the center of the surrounding frame. The sides of each reinforcing bar 2 are surrounded by a slope-protection-frame reinforcement surrounding frame 13 and a long permanent anchor 8 with an adhesive injection path 9 in the cavity S of the resin pipe 7 is deeply driven into the face of slope N, with the head of the permanent anchor exposed. A nut 11 is fastened via a pressure-receiving metallic plate 10 to a threaded part 8b provided at the head 8a of the permanent anchor 8. A penetrating adhesive 12 is injected into the adhesive injection path 9 and the cavity S of the resin pipe 7.
