PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degreasing method by which sufficient removal of oil and degreased quality can be achieved only by a preliminary degreasing (preliminary cleaning) process. SOLUTION: Bubbles 13 generated from a nozzle 11 provided on the bottom in a degreasing liquid tank 10 filled with a degreasing liquid 8 are applied to a frame F dipped into the tank 10, so that oil stuck to the downward face 1b of a side member 1 and an inside face 1d in contact with the downward face 1b is cleaned.
