PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interlock braking of a brake of a freight car with the connection of couplers. SOLUTION: The brake of the freight car is applied, and when both couplers 12a and 12b approach in this state, a rotary lever 94 contacting with a knuckle pin 122b is pushed by the knuckle pin 122b, and rotates in the direction indicated by a sign B, and a tension spring for connecting the rotary lever 94 and a valve handle 92 is pulled. When a turning angle of the rotary lever 94 becomes a prescribed angle or more, tensile force of the tension spring becomes storing, the valve handle 92 rotates up to abutting to a stopper 93, and an interlocking hydraulic valve operates so that the brake is opened.
