<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton which can be miniaturized when the content is reduced. SOLUTION: This carton comprises a slender prismatic cardboard sleeve 10 and a cardboard tray 20 inserted therein, two folds (a) intersecting in the widthwise direction are formed at the interval slightly larger than the height of a side wall in the vicinity of a center in the longitudinal direction of a bottom 21 of the tray, two cut-in lines (b) are provided in the vertical direction continuous to the two folds (a) of the bottom 21, and a connection partαis left on a part of each cut-in line (b). When the content is reduced below one half, the connectionαof the cut-in lines (b) of the side walls 22 and 23 in the tray 20, the tray 20 is folded at the folds (a) of the bottom 21, and one side is covered on the other side like a lid to reduce the size to one half.</p> |
