<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply current detection circuit and device that can quickly detect a micro current supplied from an electric power unit to an IC. SOLUTION: A first component element group 100 and a second component element group 200 are connected in parallel. The second component element group 200 comprises an operational amplifier 21 whose negative electrode side input terminal is connected to an external output side terminal of a bidirectional diode 31 and whose external input is connected to a positive electrode side input terminal via a second component element group changeover switch SWB, and a second differential voltage detection circuit 22 whose negative electrode side input terminal is connected to the external output side terminal of the bidirectional diode 31, whose positive electrode side input terminal is connected to an output terminal of the operational amplifier 21, between the negative and positive electrode side input terminals of which a plurality of second current detecting resistors are connected in parallel so as to be selected respectively by second resistor changeover switches S1 to SN, and which outputs a second detection signal corresponding to a voltage difference generated across opposite ends of a resistor selected from the plurality of second current detecting resistors.</p> |
