METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATE AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate by which every laminated block of laminae separately grouped by a specified number of pieces can be obtained rapidly and easily while the laminae punched out of a conductive thin sheet are laminated and joined together and the laminated laminae are securely bonded as well as a device for manufacturing the laminate. SOLUTION: A thin steel sheet 8 to which an adhesive is applied is punched out to a specified size as laminae 10 and the laminae 10 obtained by this punching process are sequentially laminated in a back pressure block 13. Further, in the back pressure block 13, the laminated laminae 10 are pressurized and inductively heated and the adhesive is melted on the laminae 10 to mutually bond the laminae 10. Thus the laminated block of the laminae 10 is obtained. In addition, it is possible to easily obtain the laminated blocks of the laminae 10 separately grouped by specified number of pieces by forming protrusions on the surface of the laminae 10.
