<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic agent capable of making a surface hydrophilized by polishing, maintaining a hydrophilic effect for a long time by adsorbing a solid particle onto the surface and in addition contaminating clothes where the hydrophilic agent is coated on the clothes. SOLUTION: The hydrophilic agent contains a particle of which the particle diameter is not less than 0.010μm and the less than 1μm. If necessary, a refractive index adjusting agent can be added thereto.</p> |
