PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature indicating agent capable of surely showing a change of colored state by preventing the separation of the component of a heat-sensitive material with the lapse of time or the slippage of color change in an intended temperature (the deterioration of reproducibility by the fluctuation of the color change temperature or color change state of the heat-sensitive material by the lapse of time and an atmospheric influence (e.g. temperature, acid, alkali, gas, moisture, etc.). SOLUTION: This temperature indicating agent capsule is formed of a solid solution consisting of the heat-sensitive material changing the colored state by crystal-non-crystal or phase separation-non-phase separation and an inorganic oxide particle dispersed therein, and a resin coating layer for coating the solid solution. This paint contains this temperature indicating agent capsule.
