PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a gaseous fuel engine capable of correcting a fuel injection quantity for the optimization of an air-fuel ratio whenever operating the engine, and updating and setting the feedback learning correction value of every operation zone in a short time when the change and addition of fuel are performed. SOLUTION: Whether fuel is being supplied is determined using a signal from an opening/closing detecting switch 17 of a fuel storage cylinder 5. In the case where the fuel is not supplied, the updating setup processing of the feedback learning correction value is performed considering the engine speed and intake air pressure difference individually for every operation zone, while, only when detecting the supply of fuel, a correction quantity for coping with only the composition change of fuel is obtained focusing on one of the operation zones when the updating and setting of the feedback learning correction value carried out first, and this correction quantity is quoted for the feedback learning correction value of every operation zone to collectively and simultaneously update and set the feedback learning correction value of the storage region of every operation zone.
