PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exhaust system parts of heat resisting steel a main shape of which is 1.5-3 mm thick, by using a mold that can form thin exhaust system parts of heat resisting steel without defection, has strength at elevated temperature so that molten metal is cast into the mold keeping high temperature after sintering, and is excellent in collapse after casting to improve workability of shaking out the mold. SOLUTION: Ferritic heat resisting steel or austenitic heat resisting steel is poured into the mold keeping high temperature after sintering to form the exhaust system parts of heat resisting steel the main shape of which is 1.5-3 mm thick.
