PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an optimum ID card with a face image without shut eye in a card making system even when a face photographing system, photographing the side of face of an object, is geographically apart from a card making system for making the ID card based on the site of face. SOLUTION: An ID card making system is provided with a photographing means 1 for photographing continuously an upper half body including the face of an object 20 to obtain a plurality of face image information for each objects, a portable recording medium 2 for storing the plurality of face image information of the object which are obtained by the photographing means 1, a control device 15 for selecting an face image, best in the condition of eye opening among a plurality of face image data D1 read out of the recording medium 2 with respect to each objects, and a card making means 16 for making the certificate of employee 30 based on the face image data D1 selected by the control device 15. The ID cad 30 with the optimum face image without any shut eye can be made in the card making system B. |
