PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to change the heating range of a reforming part in accordance with the output, to prevent the increase of the relative ratio of heat radiation in the low output and to improve the efficiency of waste heat recovery in a fuel reformer. SOLUTION: The fuel reformer is structured by forming a reformed gas take-out layer 3 for taking out the reformed gas, a reforming layer 4 for injecting fuel to become a raw material and a heating layer 5 for heating the reforming layer 4 successively on a heat insulating material 2 and winding spirally or concentrically the heat insulating material 2 so that the heating layer 5 is located in the core side and the heat insulating material 2 is located in the outside. |
