PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation capable of rapidly improving ultraviolet protection ability, preventing inflammation, rush, melanization of skin due to sunburn and further, light aging such as crease or freckle, exhibiting effect of improving pigmentation, excellent in bleaching effect, having high safety and good stability and having no problem about odor. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation is characterized by including an ultraviolet light absorbent and/or powder having ultraviolet light-scattering effect and at least one kind of plant selected from a group consisting of Caesalpinia paraensis, Anemopaegma arvense, Himatanthus sucuuba, Eupatorium triplinerve, Juglans regia, Ampelozizyphus amazonicus and Phyllanthus niruri or extracts thereof or including one or more kinds of plants selected from the above group or extracts thereof as a bleaching ingredient and/or a moisture- retaining ingredient. |
