PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally manage cargo handling work in a physical distribution warehouse and especially to rationally manage the cargo handling work by carrying out precise working instruction to a worker in charge of the cargo handling work. SOLUTION: The cargo handling work is specified as a series of working units which are the units of the working instruction by classifying processes of the cargo handling work and the cargo handling work is allotted to the worker and carried out by the worker for each of the working units. The working units are specified so that a moving range of the worker is limited to a constant range. The work is carried out so that a data about starting and completion of the work is input to a host control device at the time of starting and completing the work, and the control device carries out allotment of the cargo handling work while grasping a flow of stock. |
