<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change delivery schedule properly and quickly by informing a customer with the scheduled delivery of a shipping plan and shipping quantity made by the manufacturer quickly and allowing the customer to input schedule change by himself and judge the result of the change. SOLUTION: The customer performs log-in to a delivery changing system and inputs the change of either ship scheduled delivery or scheduled shipping quantity or both of them and displays the response. A delivery schedule observation rate fur every customer is calculated to determine whether the change is in the preset range. If it is out of the preset range, the load on a conveyance body and the conveyance body are changed, and an increase or decrease in the number of conveyance bodies by 1 or 2 or more are performed, to correct the shipping schedule. In both of the customer and the manufacturer, therefore, the follow-up of shipment can be made efficiently.</p> |
