<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decontaminate radioactive material adhered to a decontamination object of a solid/liquid separator, improve safety and reduce size and weight. SOLUTION: A decontamination device 21 having an outlet side door valve 22b and an inlet side door valve 22a is placed on a placement slab 1 by way of a base 16. The decontamination device 21 inside is a washing room where a spray header 23 for washing is attached, the spray header is connected with a connection pipe 24 and the connection pipe 24 is connected with a decontamination liquid source. On the decontamination device 21, a shield vessel 17 is placed. On the shield vessel 17, the decontamination object of the solid/liquid separator, for example, an attachment 20 for grasping a washing spray plug 9 is provided. This attachment 20 is attached to the detaching device 19. Inside the decontamination device 21 and the shield vessel 17, radiation monitors 27a and 27b are provided, respectively, and these monitors 27a and 27b are connected to a controller 33. Decontamination fluid is discharged from the spray header 23 for washing to decontaminate radioactive materials adhered to the washing spray plug 9.</p> |
