<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof device to calculate an integrated value while a vibration signal of a camera exceeds a prescribed threshold, to judge whether or not vibration is in the case of changing a view angle based on the integrated value, to exactly judge whether or not vibration is due to a changing operation of the view angle such as pan/tilt by automatically switching a processing to the one to stop compensation of image blur and to prevent a failure due to the compensation of image blur in the case of changing the view angle by stopping the compensation of image blur when the vibration is judged as the case of changing the view angle. SOLUTION: A CPU 16 calculates displacement quantity (the vibration signal) of a vibration-proof lens 10 to compensate the image blur based on a signal from an angular speed sensor 14. And the integrated value of the vibration signal while it exceeds the prescribed threshold is calculated, when the integrated value exceeds a prescribed judged value in a fixed time, the vibration is judged as the case of changing the view angle and the compensation of image blur is turned off.</p> |
