PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost gas barrier film having excellent gas barrier properties, through which the content can be seen, for which a metal detector can be used at the time of inspection, suppressed in the temperature and humidity dependence of gas barrier properties, also excellent in processability and friendly to environment. SOLUTION: The gas barrier film comprises a laminate obtained by successively laminating an anchor coat layer 2 excellent in alkali resistance, a gas barrier coating layer based on alkali metal polysilicate and an overcoat layer 4 on at least the single surface of a base material film 1 comprising a plastic material. |
