PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining sheet for coating membrane waterproof repair works and a waterproof construction method capable of performing environment- friendly repair works without removing an existing waterproof layer on the rooftop. SOLUTION: This lining sheet for coating film waterproof repair work is integrally laminating a non-woven fabric layer with 10 to 150 g/m<2> in weight, a reinforcement layer with a tensile strength of 300N/5 cm or more and tear strength of 20N or more, and a foam sheet layer 0.5 to 5.0 mm thick, respectively through a thermoplastic synthetic resin film layer 10 to 300μm thick. This waterproof construction method is used in the above lining sheet.
