PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition comprising an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer or an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber as an essential component, and capable of providing the vulcanized rubber composition obtained by vulcanizing the rubber composition, having reduced bleeding on the surface, excellent surface appearance, and excellent compression set. SOLUTION: This rubber composition comprises the following components (A) to (E) regulated so that the content of the component (C) based on 100 pts.wt. component (A) may be 0.5-6 pts.wt.: (A) the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and/or the ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber; (B) a carbon black; (C) silicon oxide; (D) a polyalkylene glycol; and (E) a cross- linking agent.
