PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive manufacturing method for a prefabricated floor slab used on a road and a bridge and formed by combining steel members such as main members and reinforcing bar members vertically and horizontally and then placing concrete. SOLUTION: A web of H-steel is divided into two parts by cutting and machining recessed and projecting parts like saw tooth, a through hole 3 is formed in the projecting part 2a having a trapezoidal shape, and a tip of the projecting part is applied with edge preparation into a taper shape to obtain the main member 1, which is fillet welded from one side where a tip of tooth is applied with edge preparation at a fixed pitch on a bottom plate 7. After that, the reinforcing bar members 9, 12 are arranged, and concrete 10 is placed and filled.
