PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning aerosol which can be easily produced in a simple apparatus, has a proper viscosity, inhibits liquid sagging, has excellent cleanability, and becomes liquid immediately after discharge and then reaches to an object to be cleaned and solidifies. SOLUTION: The cleaning aerosol is obtained by incorporating a propellant into a cleaning agent comprising at least one kind selected from the group consisting of alkali metal salts, alkaline earth metal salts, and organic acid salts of a higher fatty acid and water as the major component in an amount of 5-40 wt.% based on the entire cleaning agent. When the aerosol is cooled to a specified temperature (X deg.C) to be determined by the molecular specifies and content ratio of the higher fatty acid salt or lower, the aerosol undergoes a phase change from the liquid phase to a solid phase.
