PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine hole electric discharge machine provided with a tiltable turntable usable underwater. SOLUTION: In this fine hole electric discharge machine, the turntable 27 is rotatably provided at the machining tank inner end part of a B-axis rotating shaft 19 provided extending into the machining tank 15 from the outside of the machining tank 15, and the B-axis rotating shaft is provided with a blind hole 23 opened to the outside of the machining tank and extended to the end part in the machining tank. An A-axis driving motor MA for rotationally driving the turntable, and a B-axis driving motor MB for driving the B-axis rotating shaft, are provided outside the machining tank through the blind hole.
