PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To project images of a working part on a screen in such a manner that an upper and lower direction thereof is always consistent with actual gravity direction by appropriately rotating a picking up face of a camera according to a working condition in monitoring working status based on the images of the working part taken with the camera attached on an arm of a working robot. SOLUTION: A camera housing is attached on the arm part of the working robot as one body. A camera is housed in the housing in such a manner that the picking up face can be freely rotated.
