PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that clinical tests have shown that responses of patients were often nonuniform to treatments by medicinal agents, thus, an improved approach to the design and therapy of medicinal materials are required. SOLUTION: This invention relates to polymorphism of human MCT-1 gene. This invention provides a method and material for analyzing allele mutation in MCT-1 gene and the application of MCT-1 polymorphism in treating disease with an MCT-1 transportable medicine. |
