<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation membrane type gas generator which does not generate rust, sharply lengthens an exchange interval of a filter element and which is produced under the consideration of the environment. SOLUTION: This separation membrane type gas generator is composed of an unlubricated air compressor which exhausts compressed air, a noncorrosive filter which makes the compressed air an input and outputs clean air, a drier which makes the clean air outputted from the noncorrosive filter an input and outputs dry air and a gas separation membrane which makes the dry gas outputted from the drier an input and concentratedly separates a specified gas and outputs the same. Therefore, this separation membrane type gas generator does not generate mixed drain of water and rust by the generation of rust, thereby, sharply lengthens the exchange interval of the filter element, is made light in weight and which keeps consideration for the environment.</p> |
