PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining head of a three-dimensional carbonic acid gas laser beam machining device, with which head a teaching operation is safely performed with a high teaching accuracy. SOLUTION: The laser beam machining head 17 is provided on the three-dimensional carbonic acid gas laser beam machining device in a manner that a rotation around A-axis taking Z-axis as an axis center and a turn around B-axis which is perpendicular to the Z-axis are possible. The laser beam machining head 17 of the three-dimensional carbonic acid gas laser beam machining device is characterized by the fact that a nozzle 19 which is turnable around the B-axis is provided, a condenser lens 23 which condenses a laser beam emitted from a laser oscillator is provided on the upper part of the nozzle, a nozzle cone 35 furnished with a gap sensor 18 is provided at the lower part of the nozzle, an intermediate cylindrical body 33 is provided between the nozzle cone and the condenser lens, a camera holder 41, on which a CCD camera 37 for picking up the image of a work W and a ring-shaped illuminator 39 for illuminating the work are fitted, is detachably provided on the intermediate cylindrical body 33, thus the image of the work is picked up without using the condenser lens. |
