PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire hydrant device capable of opening a door at a low speed from the start of opening in opening a door of the fire hydrant device so as to surely avoid the danger that an operator is injured by the suddenly opening door or meets a sudden accident. SOLUTION: This fire hydrant device A is provided with a case having a main door 11 and an auxiliary door 12. A pilot lamp L1, an operating button 24 and a response lamp L2 are provided between the main door 11 and the auxiliary door 12. An oil damper D1 for opening the main door 11 at a low speed is fitted so that when the main door 11 is closed, a rod is elongated to a required length, and from the start of applying load. The oil damper D2 starts to apply load when the main door 1 starts to open and reaches a certain angle. The back side of a front plate 13 is fitted with a manual transmitter 2. In the manual transmitter 2, when fixing of a fixture 29 is released by a movable member 21, a cover holder 27 as a holding part of a button cover 28 is exposed so that the button cover 28 can be simply replaced.
