PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operation/control system capable of carrying out the remote operation and remote control of a pest-expelling machine. SOLUTION: An expelling machine-controlling means 13 capable of controlling a chemical-scattering means 11 to make the chemical-scattering means 11 carry out the chemical-scattering operation, and capable of outputting a signal corresponding to the chemical-scattering operation is installed in the pest-expelling machine 1 having the chemical-scattering means 11 for scattering the chemical for expelling the pest insect. A device 2 for control, installed in a remote place apart from the pest-expelling machine has an inputting means 21 for inputting a prescribed indicating information for making the chemical-scattering means carry out the chemical-scattering operation, a controlling means 23 for forming controlling data for controlling the chemical- scattering operation by the chemical-scattering means based on the signal, and outputting the signal for controlling the expelling machine-controlling means 13 according to the indicating information, and a displaying means 24 for displaying the controlling data. The expelling machine-controlling means 13 and the device 2 for the control are connected by a communication means 3 for sending and receiving each of the signals.
