摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the apparatus which can forecast and judge mental and physical conditions of human beings by measuring load levels in brains with a simple structure in a non-contact manner with human bodies. SOLUTION: The human factor evaluator by a chaos theory has a Lyapunov exponent calculator 23 which analyzes voice signals of voices uttered by human beings once converted to digital data by a chaos theory based method to calculate Lyapunov exponents and a Lyapunov exponent change detector 24 for detecting changes in the Lyapunov exponents of the uttered voices as calculated with the Lyapunov exponent calculator 23. The load levels in the brains are measured depending on changes in the Lyapunov exponents detected with the Lyapunov exponent change detector 24 to enable the forecasting and judging of mental and physical activities.</p>
