PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bow-leg correcting instrument capable of correcting bowlegs such as O-shaped and X-shaped legs, allowed to be used as an exercise instrument having the above correcting function and an ordinary exercise instrument without correcting function, and enabling long-term continuous use with sense of purpose. SOLUTION: This instrument 1 having a pair of footrest members 11, 11 is provided with a footrest part 111 in which an inclined surface 114 for inclining and lowering the footrest member 11 of the instrument 1 either inward or outward, or both inward and outward is formed on the top face thereof, and an anti-slip frame member 112 erected at least on the descend side of the inclined surface 114 of the footrest part 111. When both legs of the user are placed on the footrest members 11, 11, the instrument is used both as the exercise instrument for an ordinary purpose and as various exercise instruments for correcting bowlegs such as O-shaped and X-shaped legs, and pigeon-toed walk and turn-out toed walk, so that the user can accomplish long-term continuous use and continuous exercise with clear sense of purpose for bowlegs correction.
