SOLUTION: This cleaner 10 has a picking-up body 16, a contacting rotary body 18, and an adhesive roll 21. The rotary shaft 22 of the adhesive roll 21 is movably supported by a frame 15 so that the adhesive roll is in touch with the contacting rotary body 18 and is kept at a constant distance from the circumference of the picking-up body 16.
