ELECTRIC BAKING MACHINE FOR PRODUCING FOOD SUCH AS WAFFLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking mold capable of readily separating baked up food therefrom by forming a ceramic thin layer and the fluororesin thin layer on the surface of the baking mold made of aluminum casting to obtain synergistic action of both layers and in which durability of fluororesin thin layer on the surface of the baking mold is outstandingly reinforced in order to improve baking mold for electric baking machine for business use used in stores or factories for supplying waffle or hot sandwich to customers. SOLUTION: Ceramic fine particles are thermal sprayed on to the surface (baking surface) of baking mold material made of aluminum casting of the electric baking machine for production of waffle or hot sandwich while melting these fine particles at a high temperature to from tough ceramic thin layer and further, a fluororesin is applied to the upper surface of the ceramic thin layer to provide upper baking mold or lower baking mold in which dissociation performance between the product and the baking mold and the endurance of the baking mold are improved. The upper baking mold and the lower baking mold are detachably attached to a baking machine body.
