PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating a laver net with a solution capable of making at least either one of ultrasonic waves and lines of magnetic force act on a treating solution, improving the throughput of the treating solution and reutilizing the treating solution. SOLUTION: This apparatus for treating the laver net with the solution is characterized by installing at least either of a device A for radiating ultrasonic waves for radiating the ultrasonic waves over the treating solution W used for treating the laver net with the solution and a device B for producing the lines of magnetic force for transmitting the lines of magnetic force through the treating solution W.
